Buying Info

The journey toward home ownership can be filled with excitement, challenges and choices. Like any major purchase, buying-info a home requires research, thorough examination and thought.

CONSULTATION

Let’s meet to discuss what you’re looking for in a home. We’ll cover ideal neighbourhoods, styles and types of homes as well as your timeline for moving in. At this stage, you should be pre-approved for a mortgage. If you’re a first-time home buyer, we’ll go over everything you need to know about the home buying-info process.

VIEWINGS

After an extensive search, I’ll compile a list of properties that match your ideal home. Together we’ll attend viewings and I’ll point out any pros or cons of the property.

NEGOTIATIONS

I’ll present your offer to the seller’s Realtor on your behalf. I’ll negotiate on your behalf, making sure to always put your needs first.

A home is likely the largest purchase of your life.
