Let’s devise a plan for your home and discuss what will be included in the sale of your property. I’ll discuss pricing and launch strategies, review recent sales in your neighbourhood, and research current market activity. Together we’ll determine the right price for your home.


ADVERTISING


I’ll begin with a duel online and print marketing effort, including advertising your home on websites, social media, mailers and signs. Open houses for agents and prospective buyers, as well as private showings, will be an integral part of the selling-info process. Professional photography and graphic design will be included in each marketing strategy offered.


NEGOTIATIONS


I will negotiate the best possible financial outcome on your behalf in an honest and experienced manner.
